Who we are
This website is run by Thiqa Consulting, an audit, tax and accounting firm in Doha, Qatar. We decide how the personal data you send us is used.

What we receive
The request form does not send anything to our website. When you press Send on WhatsApp or Send by email, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message already written. We receive your details only if you then send that message. It contains:
- your name
- your contact number
- your email address, if you choose to give it (this field is optional)
- your message
Technical data
The form works entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is saved on our website or in your browser.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us the pages that were viewed, the town or city a visit came from, the type of device and browser, and whether the visitor arrived from a search engine, a link or an advertisement. It does not tell us your name, and we do not try to work out who you are from it.
Google provides this service for us and handles the information on its own computers, which are outside Qatar. Google shortens the internet address your device connects from, so it is not kept in full. We do not use advertising tools on this website, and our fonts are served from our own website, not from an outside font service.
We use Google Tag Manager to load these measurement tools. It is a loader only: it collects nothing by itself. If we use it to add any other tool in future, we will describe that tool here before we switch it on.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used so that we can see where visitors get stuck. It notes where the pointer moves, what is clicked and how far the page is scrolled, and plays this back to us as a picture of the visit. It does not record what you type into the contact form: those fields are hidden from the recording. We use it to improve the pages, not to identify anyone.
Microsoft provides Clarity for us and handles these recordings on its own computers, which are outside Qatar, under its own privacy terms.
How we use your details and why
We use your details only to reply to your request, to understand what you need, and to prepare a proposal for you. We rely on the fact that you chose to send us your message, and on the lawful purpose of answering a request you have made to us.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as we need it to reply to you and follow up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you become a client, your details are then handled under your engagement with us.
How we protect it
The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Because the form does not send your details to our website, nothing you type is held on our web server.
Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email are seen only by the people who need them to reply to you.
Your rights
Under Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy, you can:
- withdraw your consent at any time
- object to how we use your details
- ask to see the details we hold about you and get a copy
- ask us to correct details that are wrong
- ask us to delete your details
To use any of these rights, email info@thi.qa and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the government authority in Qatar that supervises personal data protection.
Contacting us through other services
If you call us, use Send on WhatsApp or Send by email, or tap our WhatsApp or email link, you leave this website and use that phone, email or messaging service. That service handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy, including WhatsApp, Gmail or Outlook if you choose them.
Data stored outside Qatar
The service that hosts our website may store data in a country other than Qatar. If it does, we will name the country in this policy and make sure your details are protected as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website or the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
